Bath Remodel in Oxford, MA

Rebuilding Shrewsbury, MA Entryways

The owner of these beautiful condo units wanted to upgrade the front entryways with a more elaborate appearance to match their landscaping.

We started by taking down the siding and ceiling. JM Remodeling then re-insulated the ceiling and installed Huber ZIP system sheathing to get a higher R-value. We built custom AZEK/PVC wainscoting to mimic real wood panels in order to add depth and polish.

Reconstructed Front Porch & Stairs in Worcester, MA

This Worcester, MA property was damaged when a tree fell on the porch. We worked with the homeowner’s insurance company on this project.

We took down the stairs & porch, then rebuilt the porch with composite decking and vinyl railings. We put in Techno Metal Post helical piles, drilling them down 6 feet so that sonotubes weren’t required. AZEK trim board and American T-Railing provided a polished appearance. We screwed down the floorboards for durability and finally reframed the front entryway with a Larson storm door.
